One Loong Tee has a Master in Business Administration from the University of Strathclyde. He has other qualifications in Human Resource Management, Administrative Management and Industrial Relations.

Loong Tee has worked for the past 20 years in various industries ranging from the construction industry, public transportation, polytechnic, multinational company and local listed company with diverse businesses. The scope of work covered both HRM, HRD activities and operations managements. His last corporate appointment was with a local listed company at the Corporate HQ as the Group Human Resource Manager.
He was actively involved in the Corporate Culture Programme from 1998 to 2000 when he was the Human Resource Manager of an Anglo-Dutch Multinational Company. He was involved in various Team Building activities and OD interventions.
Loong Tee has also been lecturing for several years with the Singapore Human Resources Institute and other private educational institutions covering various areas of Human Resources Management from Certificate level to Bachelor Programmes.
In the last three years he has been providing consulting services to various organizations from the public and private sectors covering areas of performance management, teambuilding and operations management.
